About Me

I was two when I packed my suitcase for the first time and set out towards an uncertain future. It was a doll's suitcase, and I only made it to the first street corner, but this excursion set the tone for a life full of departures, transformation, and diversity that comes with change.

I spent a large part of my life abroad (USA, Brazil, Uruguay, Great Britain, and France). These years have influenced me culturally, professionally and personally, given me a Brazilian-German family, and made me the woman I am today. 

I know first-hand what it means to start anew, deal with change, and which challenges we face when we move abroad, communicate in diverse environments and work in a globalized world. That is the reason why I am passionate about supporting people and companies who find themselves in these and similar circumstances, and why I love working with them to find individually tailored strategies and solutions.
